Sculpture is not marked but from my research it was produced by Austin Productions in the mid-2000's and is a licensed reproduction of a Gerard Koch sculpture. The man is made of a heavy sculpting plaster and the frame is hollow steel construction. I have fully restored him to his former grandeur and painted him with his original semi-matte black paint. I had the frame powder-coated to prevent any rust or damage and it has a great matte textured finish. New rubber feet have been added to the base.
