Russell Secrest

(1935-2010) Rochester, NY & Petoskey, MI. Handwrought and cast sterling modernist jewelry as well as kinetic sculptures in bronze and sterling. Secrest studied at the School for American Craftsmen at the Rochester Institute of Technology and later operated the Artisans Gallery in Petoskey. He was best known for his sculptures, as that was his focus, and because of the scarcity of his jewelry pieces, they are highly prized and coveted.
