Single Hamilton chrome airplane tabletop lighter with working propeller. I did not polish it,  has pitting and is missing 1 propeller. Not bad looking for being around 80 years old, just needs some TLC and cleaning. It will most likely need fuel and flint to make it work, I do not have the way withal to test them myself.
