Fantastic artisan sterling and deep blue Lapis Lazuli pendant. Based on my research of the hallmarks, this stunning hand-forged pendant was made in the 1970's, in the Riga-Latvia Region of the former USSR. 

Both the chain and the pendant are in excellent condition with no damage of any kind. Pendant has been professionally polished to a mirror like finish. Please excuse the lines or reflections, as it's extremely shiny and hard to photograph. Timeless and truly elegant statement piece.
