An absolutely stunning work of wearable art, not at all surprising as Nancy is a cousin to Ruth Roach and the Roach family. If you're not familiar with Ruth Roach, I have her bio at the bottom of the page. This abstract modernist pendant features 4 3-D abstract stacking sections of varying shapes and sizes. Made of sterling silver in both mirrored and textured finishes it is adorned with turquoise and inlaid onyx. It also features a hidden compartment, accessible from the backside and where she engraved the titled, signed and dated the piece. Both the braided mesh chain and the pendant are in excellent condition with no damage of any kind. Timeless and truly sensational statement piece. My understanding in emailing with her that she rarely makes jewelry anymore and that this particular piece is a one of a kind.
