Vintage Artisan Signed SRH Sterling & Mixed Metals Abstract Modernist Landscape Brooch Circa 1990's

Quite a fantastic and detailed sterling silver and mixed metal brooch. Brooch features an abstract 3D landscape design on a solid sterling silver background. Brass cloud and sun or moon with copper rolling hills brought forward by cutouts and a recessed silver mountain, all with varying types of textures. I have given it a light cleaning to insure there is no damage, which there is not. It has fantastic patina. Fully hallmarked and signed. In attempting to find out who the artist is, I did come across a few of their pieces but no name, just the same hallmark. The last picture is a cuff bracelet that sold on Ebay in 2012 and is fantastic. I don't think it's 1960's or 1970's as that seller stated, more likely 1980's or 1990's. Obviously this designer is a master artist.
