Superb Modahl abstract modernist demi parure set. Set features a hand-painted bright turquoise blue guilloche enamel in a modernist abstract design. Enamel is in perfect condition with no damage of any kind. Please excuse the white lines, they are just reflections because the enamel is so shiny. Silver backs have little to no wear and have been professionally polished. This is a true white silver, not gold over silver set. Signed and marked with "N" for Norsk Monster which was used as a quasi copyright mark by the Silversmiths of Norway in the late 19th through mid-20th century. Included with purchase is a silver converter so it can be worn as a pendant on a chain if preferred. The earrings are clip on style but could easily and inexpensively be converted to post back earrings by a jeweler.
