Collection: Miguel Melendez

Began his career as an apprentice at William Spratling's Taller de las Delicias. He joined Los Castillo in 1940. He had worked for Los Castillo for many years before joining Margot at Margot de Taxco when she opened her shop in 1947. Melendez eventually became silversmith workshop manager at Margot's Taller until he left and opened his own shop in 1953. He passed away in 1980.
