Restored Austin Productions Post Modern Impressionist Gerard Koch Man in Frame Sculpture - Circa 2000s

Monumental and elegant sculpture of a 3 dimensional man posing inside of a steel frame. Sculpture is not marked but from my research it was produced by Austin Productions in the mid-2000's and is a licensed reproduction of a Gerard Koch sculpture. The man is made of a heavy sculpting plaster and the frame is hollow steel construction. I have fully restored him to his former grandeur and painted him with his original semi-matte black paint. I had the frame powder-coated to prevent any rust or damage and it has a great matte textured finish. New rubber feet have been added to the base. Stunning and large abstract impressionist sculpture that is perfect for any style of home or office decor.  

 Gerard Koch was a French Postwar & Contemporary sculptor who was born in 1926 and passed away in 2014.
