A superb Finnish modernist necklace designed by Pekka Piekäinen for Auran Kultaseppä Oy, Finland, dated 1973. This sculptural piece features a minimalist collar-style form with a geometric sterling silver pendant set with vivid turquoise-blue enamel. The enamel panel has a beautiful radiating guilloché-like texture, giving the piece depth, movement, and a luminous mid-century Scandinavian look.

The design is clean, architectural, and distinctly Nordic, combining Piekäinen’s refined modernist silverwork with a bold pop of color. The square pendant sits at the base of the neck for a sleek statement look, while the open collar construction gives the necklace a light, airy presence.
